Intermediate to Advanced Level Class. A playful and strong vinyasa flow embracing fluidity and surrender, concluding with a juicy hip-opening sequence!

Intermediate to Advanced Level Class. FIRE is focused on the core, so this class is strengthening and energizing. We utilize various breathing techniques such as Breath of Fire, Lion's Breath, and a cooling breath called Sitkari. The soundtrack, produced by @amber_riya , features authentic Gnawa music by Moroccan prodigy Said Bonuono. When you want a more vigorous class, FIRE is your flow!

This class is a slow and deep flow for all levels, including beginners. Embracing the element of EARTH, this yoga class reminds us to strengthen and lengthen our roots, breathe through the trunk of our whole body, and extend our branches so we can move through life with ease, no matter the turbulence around us.

Beginner to Intermediate Level Class. This 51 minute class is the shortest out of the Elemental Yoga Sequence; 41 minutes of flow and 10 minutes of a body relaxation and seated mediation. We begin in a humble stance in honor of the element of ETHER. This class flows through a simple, yet whole-body sequence.

Intermediate to Advanced Level Class. AIR is a flowy sequence consisting of heart openers, back bends, and twists, leaving you to feel open and refreshed. This flow covers the whole body, starting and ending with breathwork.
